Shadow Wars: Son of Shadows is a fast paced conclusion to the Shadow Wars duology. The new characters were fascinating and it was surprising to see where this group went for help. I am glad I had the opportunity to return and see the conclusion of their battle. However, as an adult reading these two books, I do think it would have been better had it been a single released book, but perhaps this is better for young adults.
