But the doctor is in, and he is willing to help. To even see this new patient immediately. Each situation is different, but everyone can agree so is the doctor. As is his receptionist. But even more bizarre is the prescription.
Each patient is prescribed a cat.
And given directions for their "prescription".
Such are the tales in We’ll Prescribe You a Cat. Readers are given the opportunity to witness the patients' bewilderment of their prescription, and how each cat affects their everyday health, or life. I really enjoyed the stories and learning more about the Japanese culture. I laughed aloud when patients received their prescriptions and discussed "dosages". And I am thrilled to have learned that there is a sequel and look forward to reading it too.
