Huntress Of The Citadel

Bonded Realms Series - Book 3

By Regan Allen

Sweet Fantasy Romance

Narani Randene had been searching for a friend, but instead had found trouble. She'd been poisoned by a dart when coming to the aid of Manus, Monarch of Arboran. Her search had to be put on hold as she recovered. She didn't trust the Arboran people, but there was an alliance, and Manus needed her help. He'd recently succeeded in thwarting his two brothers from taking the throne, but there was obviously still a treat. Narani agreed to stay and help protect Manus' young daughter.

It had nothing to do with the prophecy that she would find her love among these people.

Manus knew this latest attack was just one of many dangers he and his people faced. His father's low standards left him with ineffective guards. He had no plans to remarry after the loss of his wife, but his mother had different plans. Then there was the prophecy that foretold of enemies arriving from a distant land. Narani was a proven reliable and formidable warrior who was willing to help him. He would accept her aid, and hopefully she would accept him.

Huntress of the Citadel was an exciting adventure from beginning to end. Narani has been an intriguing character since she was first introduced and I loved seeing her thoughts and watching as she found her place in the citadel. Manus is the perfect hero for her. I loved meeting the new characters at the citadel as well as other tribes. This was another exciting addition to Regan Allen's Bonded Realms series and I eagerly await the next story.
