Desiree Gill was having hotter than hot dreams involving her favorite singer, Jon Coyote. His music had always called to her, but after going to his concert, she starting dreaming about him. Then, she gets sick.
Jon Coyote was in a funk. His bandmates all agreed. He didn't want to party, and he'd only had one woman on his mind in months. They'd tease him mercilessly, but then he'd gotten the call. Desiree was pregnant.
Thus begins a courtship of sorts of love and forgiveness. Jon had tried to protect Desiree from some of the more unpleasantness of life, but had created more problems than he'd expected. Now he had to try to win Desiree under the watchful eyes of all the clan members who were home for Christmas.
It is always a thrill to visit the Prime world, and Tempting Fate was no exception. I enjoyed watching Jon attempt, and succeed, at receiving forgiveness, and the love of Desiree.
