Vampire Romance

Vampire Mirabeau La Roche had been assigned to deliver a package. She hadn't planned on her partner being the human Tiny McGraw. Tiny he may be named, but only that. He was huge, and from the moment she saw him, Mirabeau wanted him. Thoughts of finding out just how not tiny Tiny was only was interrupted by the urgency of their mission.

Tiny knew he was a minority at the multiple Argeneau weddings, and he knew to be wary of everyone reading his thoughts. What he didn't expect was to be matched with Mirabeau by someone who thought they might be mates. While his best friend had been the mate of a vampire, he hadn't anticipated such a match for himself. Once he set his eyes on Mirabeau, he eagerly anticipated finding out just how well matched they were.

Only after they delivered their valuable package.

Vampire Valentine was an entertaining read with delightful characters, humor, and romance. I loved the interaction with the teenaged, newly turned vampire, Stephanie McGill. Her reactions to reading their thoughts were always fun. However, she is also having to deal with her new circumstances, and it was touching watching Mirabeau help guide her through her ordeal. I adored Tiny. He was an ally to the vampires, a friend to them all, but hesitant knowing that they could read his thoughts. He simply was a wonderful hero and perfect for Mirabeau. Just as they had been told.

Vampire Valentine is a short story in the Bitten By Cupid anthology. Also included are Hearts Untamed by Pamela Palmer and Kiss and Kill Cupid by Jaime Rush.
