A Purrfect Love
By Patti Fischer

Contemporary Romance
Dangling on the side of her apartment building dressed in her Halloween costume for work was not how Marisa Hamilton had planned her morning. All she'd tried to do was air out the apartment, but her cat Molly had decided to make her great escape.
Ben Singer didn't know what to make of the scantily clad woman he had rescued, or her cat. But soon, it didn't matter to him. He was attracted to her, and he found himself craving her attention and time. He also was rather happy that Molly had decided to make a break, especially since Marisa was okay, and he had been able to play hero.
A Purrfect Love was a sweet short story by new author Patti Fischer. I was hooked from the first paragraph when I realized that Molly was narrating. We only have Molly's Point of View (POV) for a short time. I also enjoyed the romance between Marisa and Ben. I feel that Ms. Fischer more than adequately developed the plot for the length of this story. I look forward to more stories from this author.
